Carefully nurtured from vine to glass, Single Vineyard wines represent the pinnacle of our Yarra Valley Estate. Each vineyard parcel is selected for quality and typicity. The fruit for Single Vineyard wines are hand harvested and the wines are handled by gravity where possible. Fine wines with charm and character.
TASTING NOTE
Pale with a green edge. Classic characters of citrus and stone fruit, florals and brioche. Medium weight, savoury, nutty flavours, good energy and soft acidity.
CELLARING
Starting to show it's pedigree and will continue to develop complexity and interest for 10 years in a good cellar.

It produces quite fine boned Chardonnay with terrific ageing potential. TASTING NOTEPale with a green edge. Classic characters of citrus and stone fruit, florals and brioche. Medium weight, savoury, nutty flavours, good energy and soft acidity. WINEMAKINGGrapes are hand picked, whole bunch crushed, pressed and allowed to settle overnight. The turbid juice is then racked to older french oak casks where it undergoes natural fermentation. Lees are stirred in late autumn and then left to rest on lees until December.
