Bright medium red. Beautifully perfumed and ethereal, blue fruits, cranberry, sandalwood and violets. The flavours are vibrant, supple, seamless and with lovely tension.

Super versatile from seared tuna or salmon, lighter game meats such as pigeon or rabbit, or richer dishes such as classic lamb cuts, roast pork with herbs & fennel, charcuterie, and soft cheeses such as brie.
