SEASON Small crops, cool and late vintage producing fruit with gentle aromatics and purity. TASTING NOTE Lime, honeysuckle, orange blossom, textural, mineral, fine and a bit delicious. WINEMAKING Hand picked, cool fermentation and then racked, sulphured and left on fine lees for 3 months. WINE ANALYSIS Alc/Vol: 12.5%, pH: 3.10, TA: 6.8g/L FOOD RECOMMENDATION Fried whiting.
